General Tolerances Metal tolerances will be held to +/- 0.005" (+/- 0.127 mm) according to ISO 2768, unless otherwise specified. For plastics and composites, the tolerance is +/- 0.010".
Precision Tolerances Future Parts can produce and inspect parts to exact tolerances, including sub +/- 0.001", based on your drawing specifications and GD&T standards.
Minimum Feature Size 0.0004" (0.01 mm), though it may vary depending on part geometry and material selection.
